Expand our market presence and distribution network

  • Penetrate further into our existing markets and new markets, particularly in the second and third-tier cities in the PRC.
  • Collaborate closely with our customers to increase overseas sales to Russia, Belarus and other Eastern Europe countries.
  • Plan to increase our retails points to 860 by the end of 2010 and appoint more Authorised Regional Dealers in the PRC.

Production facilities and capacity expansion

  • Intend to expand our production facilities by installing two additional production lines by 2011, thereby increasing our current production capacity to approximately 6 million pairs of footwear per annum.

Expand our business segment to sports fashion apparel and shoe soles

  • Expand our business to sports apparel in the second half of 2010 to complement our existing products range and expansion plan, in line with our brand building enhancement process to increase competitiveness against our competitors.
  • Venture into shoe soles production in order to reduce our reliance on shoe soles suppliers and increase our production efficiency.
